Comprehensive guidelines and regulations for students to ensure a safe, productive, and respectful learning environment.
Admission to Bhakti Institute of Multimedia is strictly merit-based and subject to availability of seats. Enrollment is confirmed only after the successful submission of the registration form, payment of the requisite admission fees, and verification of necessary documents.
Students must provide accurate information regarding their educational background. Any discrepancy found in the documents at any stage of the course will lead to immediate cancellation of admission without any refund of fees.
Regular attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students to maintain academic standards and ensure skill acquisition. The institute maintains a strict record of attendance for both theoretical lectures and practical lab sessions.
Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible to appear for the final examinations or receive the course completion certificate. In case of prolonged illness or emergencies, a medical certificate or valid proof must be submitted to the administration immediately.
All course fees must be paid as per the schedule agreed upon at the time of admission. Once paid, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Students opting for installment plans must strictly adhere to the due dates.
Failure to pay the installment by the due date will result in a penalty fine. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of lab access and restriction from attending classes until dues are cleared. No student will be allowed to sit for final exams if their fee account is not settled in full.
The computer labs are the heart of our practical training. To maintain the longevity of our equipment and ensure a productive environment for all, students must adhere to the following strict instructions:
Bhakti Institute maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards indiscipline. Students are expected to treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy at all times. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Violation of these rules may lead to temporary suspension or permanent expulsion depending on the severity of the misconduct.
Certificates are awarded to students only upon the successful completion of the course curriculum. Successful completion is defined as:
1. Attending the minimum required classes.
2. Submitting all assigned projects and the final portfolio.
3. Clearing all internal assessments and the final exam.
Furthermore, students must have no pending dues with the accounts department to receive their certificate. The institute reserves the right to withhold certificates if fees or library books are outstanding.
Bhakti Institute provides comprehensive career guidance, resume building workshops, and interview preparation sessions. We actively forward student profiles to our network of hiring partners. However, please note that:
Job placement is not guaranteed. Selection for employment depends entirely on the student's portfolio quality, performance during interviews, and the current requirements of the hiring companies. The institute acts as a facilitator but cannot control the hiring decisions of external organizations.
Student data collected during admission (name, address, phone number, photographs) is kept strictly confidential and used solely for academic and administrative purposes. The campus is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for the safety of students and staff.
By enrolling at the institute, students grant permission to use their photographs and videos for institute promotional activities (website, brochures, social media) only in a positive context. If a student wishes to opt-out of this, they must submit a written request to the administration.
If you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact our administrative desk.
